    Day 1 {cycle 3}
    I was going to start this up again sooner, but then I caught a cold so I couldn't restrict. So I'm starting it now. I'm allowing myself 500 calories for two points and 1000 cals for one point for the first couple of days because I was sick and therefore weakened and therefore need energy, and after that it's 500 for one point and under 250 for two.

    I'm 160cm (5'2") and 50kilos (110 pounds), my goal is to get to 100 (and yes, I've managed this before) ^^

    Kate Moss who is the Brit supermodel is 173 cms tall and weighs 98 lbs.

    Cindy Crawford is 177 cms and weighs 128 lbs.

    Tyra Banks  used to weigh 115 lbs and stands 178 cms tall... now your guess is as good as
    anyones.. I would say 143 lbs give or take.

    Karolina Kurkova weighs about 116 lbs and has a height of 180 cms.

    Brazilian
    Gisele Bundchen is 180 cms tall and weighs 117 lbs

    Being stuck at my moms house is ruining every thing. I'm thinking of starting over on the 19th when I start school, it seems like it's easier to not eat when I'm in school because it keeps me busy.

    Challenge: Wednesday, my mum was stressing about my grandma (she's in a hospice) and while she was out I hoovered and cleaned the whole house :) considering how I never do chores its a 2/2

    Food 2/2. :) YAY I had a snickers bar and an apple which I think comes to around 300 cals. Also went out and bought cheesy chips but had loads of liquid before and purged straight after so I hope nothing absorbed...

    Ugh. I can't believe I have missed so many. I need to get back on trck with the posting, it's hard with J over my shoulder constantly.

    I've posted my goals! Check them in my journal. They might be surprising.

    To avoid a giant post, I'll just post summaries for days 4-5-6
    Day 4: 8 points. Missed for posting and water. :(
    Day 5: 8 points, missed for posting and eateing enough fruits and veggies
    Day 6: 8 points, missed for posting and eateing enough fruits and veggies AGAIN

    Did perfect! 122 g protein, and only 16g fat!

    Even with all the extra water I was required to drink becuae of exercise I did it.

    OK. I ran for 31 min. Then I came home, made dinner for J (chicken breast, rice, veggies). Then I headed out again, ran to my bikram yoga class (21 minutes), attended bikram class (1.5 hrs of hot-as-anything yoga), then ran home, feeling like I was made of jello. Then I rehabed. :)

    Intro
    Today is going to be my day 1.  I've never actually completed the plan before. I've gotten to day 20 or so, but then messed up and not finished it. But this time, I"m gonna keep going even if I mess up.  I'm gonna try and just weigh in once a week on wednesdays, but I weighed in today for the start and I'll weigh in on day 28 too.

    another lovely day. ate: bowl of cereal with soy milk for late lunch (skipped breakfast cause i was sleeping), rice and black beans and a soy yogurt for dinner. 45 minutes of stationary bike for exercise. i need to start doing pilates again, i'm losing momentum. i think it's cause my work out clothes are in the laundry haha. i woke up to 127.6 this morning! :) that's the lowest i remember being in a long time! i'm not adding it to my numbers yet cause i'm not actually 127 but seeing that this morning was enough incentive to keep it up cause i'm finally seeing some new results. hope everyone else is doing good and losing weight, xx

    I was just sitting on the bathroom floor after my latest purge... (actually I used Ipecac, so I'll still be vomiting for another 30 mins off and on)...and I decided that I should start the 28 Day Plan... I want to be thin, but I'm so tired of purging (not to mention that it is so difficult not to get caught since I share an apartment with 3 other college students now) and I can't seem to not binge... So I'll set a goal for myself 28 days binge/purge free... and a low calorie intake is a given, like the good old days when I was just ana.

    Speaking of ana...I was wondering if anyone wanted to be support buddies (and maybe exchange ana/mia bracelets), I could really use some support right now. My e-mail is kdo002@shsu.edu and any communication is welcome.

    so.. my current weight is 130 (bleh)... height (5'6")

    Yesterday went pretty good.

    Self Esteem: 2/2 My coworker's car broke down and I gave her a ride even though it messed up my plans for the day.

    I weighed myself this morning and I lost another pound and a half! So I am down to 160.5. I really want to get under 160. Once I hit 158 I reach my first goal... and I can go shopping!

    Today isnt going to well. I worked 6am to 12pm and I had a hard time being around food constantly, not to mention that my coworker brought in a giant box of gourmet chocolates. I totally binged, then I wanted to purge but I havent purged for over two months and I couldnt do it. I am a little proud of myself for not purging but I think I would have felt better then I do now if I would have just thrown up. Anyway. Im not going to eat anything else today. I hope I dont gain any weight. I guess I'll find out tomorrow. I always weigh myself in the morning.

    good day. a bowl of cereal with soy milk pretty late in the afternoon and then a small apple with peanut butter and my homemade trail mix. took my dog out for a walk for 30 minutes or so. i need to stop checking my weight everyday because it won't seem like much of a difference if i do. :\ i've also adjusted my goal a bit. i must be under 125 before i go back to work on the 22nd, and 120 would be ideal. i'm going to keep up my eating/exercising habits when i go back and keep losing so i will of course, eventually be 120 or less. it's taken some pressure off me, which is good cause when i feel pressured to lose tons of weight in a short amount of time, i just end up screwing up and gaining anything i lost back. anyway, enough from me. hope everyone's day was good, xx

    It's been over a year since i did my very first 28 day plan. Middle of last february i got confronted and forced into getting help. for the past six months I've been struggling to stay 'better' and now...well I'm here aren't I? Tomorrow is my first official day though I have been 'relapsed' for over a week. Wish me luck!
